I hate playing against akali.She can w while you have Tornado so you cant use your R pretty much.You should usually wait for your jungler to gank or just farm under tower.Run magic rezist and you should be fine.

Introduction
When and why to play yasuo?
-You are very strong late game.
-You have a high teamfight potencial combined with something like Malphite , Braum , Alistar , Lee Sin.
-High movement speed(you can dash on minions).
-Very strong if you get ahead.
-Very strong against squishy teams.
-Can do easy roams on botlane with a support like Alistar , Braum , Malphite , Blitz or anything else with knockup.
-You have your W to stop something like Miss R , Twitch coming from behind , Sona R etc.When should you play YASUO?
-You should play Yasuo when you have knock up in your team.
-You should play Yasuo agaisnt champs like MF , Sona , Twitch , Jhin or anything else that can blocked with your w.
-You should play Yasuo anytime if you know how to play him ;).
Items
-Your core should be boots , phantom dancer and than Cloak of Agility for 100% crit and than you should usually buy Infinity
-For boots you can choose either Tabi either Mercury.
-When to pick Ninja Tabi?
Against a full ad or a heavy ad team tabi will be the best choice.
-When to pick Mercury?
Mercury are great against a heavy ap team or a heavy cc team.
-After you buy the core items you can either go for some magic rezist if needed.If they have a lot of cc buy Scimitar.If you need someone tanky buy Frozen Mallet , Malmortius and Guardian Angel.If you get ahead and you dont need to go tanky I suggest buying BOTRK and GA and just smash them!

IGNITE-You should pick it when you know you will have a very close lane like Fiora or Riven.To be sure you'll win you should pick ignite.If you think you will have a very easy lane just pick teleport.If you will have a very hard lane you can either take tp and play safe either take ignite and try to kill your enemy as soon as you can.
Farming
Unique Skills
You should learn how to hit your Q and your Tornado( Q ).Even if you are a little ahead if your enemy can dodge your Q all the time you will get killed or you wont be able to kill him.
Never waste your W on useless things.You can turn a fight with your W just by blocking the enemy adc , blocking Sonas/Rivens/Veigar/Syndras R etc..
Dont use your R when you are running from an enemy and you hit him with your tornado if you arent sure you can kill him.
Dont use your R of fights if you dont get someone important like the adc or 2-3 squishy.
