Hello! My name is Patrik and I am a 15 year old boy from Sweden. I've played league for about 2 years but I didn't really fell in love with the jungle until the start of season 3. Before that i played support and was your average silver support main. What really struck me was that no one called jungle in champion select even though it is such a valuable role. And I just started playing it. And it was fun! At first I didn't know what I was doing, I was just killing some creeps and ganked when I felt for it. Then i started watching TheOddOne's stream and I have never learned so much in my life! I started looking up guides, expanding my champ pool and soon enough i found Jarvan, the love of my life <3

So let's start with the marks. Full attack speed there just to help with the slow clear speed. Standard armor seals. Armor penetration Quints is extremely strong on Jarvan because of his passive. His first basic attack deals physical damage equal to a % of the enemies max hp. And scaling magic resist glyphs for the late game.

Very offensive masteries here, Jarvan is already very strong early so why not make him stronger?

So for Jarvan I like to go a really defensive build because of his kit. Only one gap-closer which means; get rich or die tryin'. You need to have the hp and armor to survive a tower dive and then tanking some champs and a tower for a while. But if you play the early game right you can buy some snowball items. Spirit of the Elder Lizard is an amazing item on jarvan if ahead.
