Please don't try this in your ranked games, I just made this for fun and it's worked for me.

(You can go Flash/Ghost, Flash/TP, Ghost/Ignite, or TP/Ghost, Ignite for early kill potential, TP for more presence, Ghost is fantastic after its buff, and Flash for any escapes you need.)

Dead Man's Plate is a "core item" for your defense. Frozen Heart is good against a heavy AD or a fed ADC, Randuin's also does a good job at that as well, Iceborn Gauntlet gives you armor and mana, as well as a nice slow effect, Sunfire Cape isn't something I use often but it's viable. Spirit Visage is good against AP and helps with your healing, Frozen Mallet es muy bien because you attack fast with your ult and Ghostblade, Banshee's Veil is not that bad as well, considering you get shut down by heavy CC. Warmog's gives you a big health bonus with good regen, and Sterak's Gage is nice if you have a decent amount of HP. Titanic Hydra gives more wave clearing and HP.)
