INTRO

Hey guys this is a build i'v tested out a few times and each time i tried it out was followed by pretty good results. its a hybrid build that focuses on a large burst of damage on first 1-2 seconds of contact followed by a large about of damage done over time as they try to run away (key-word= try). i like to switch it up on summoner spells a lot but most of the time the standard flash ignite works when u manage to get slowed u can flash to catch up and an ignite+ult is a dot that most players will panic once they see the chunks being taken from their health bar. i also like to use heal flash or heal ghost to make up for the rather long gap to getting your spell vamp if you don't manage to get a few early kills and pick up your mallet quickly.

BUILD

So here is where it begins to get a little technical, for those of you who chose flash ignite your crystalline flask is a MUST. your health will shoot down to 0 within the first 5 minutes just from farming. if you chose heal ignite or heal flash/ghost than you going to be fine with a simple boots and 3 pots. when you return after a nice long farming period your going to want to work on your phage. the reason i rush the frozen mallet is because it makes ganks so much smoother if the person is unable to get away easily. not to mention as long as they are a good distance from turret range the kill is almost always secure. after your frozen mallet is obviously your spell vamp without it mord would just be a Dr. Mundo with no heals. the spell vamp allows him to refund the health used for the spell while still giving him his shield so now the only damage your taking is from the enemy and not your spells anymore. next is life steal some of you are probably wondering why hybrid and this is why mord's ace of spades scales with both AP and AD and when it hits a target without anyone else around its buffed up making this hit like a truck combine with frozen mallet's effect of keeping them in front of you allows you to do just as much damage with your auto attack as you do with your spells witch comes in handy when your fighting some one with a silence so your damage output isn't put on hold for that entire time of the silence. biulding a bloodthirster not only allows your to get life back with your auto attack but combine with your spell vamp allows you to heal while your shield is up and when its down making you even harder to kill if mord wasn't already the tankiest non tank out there. after your bloodthirster its time to add insult to injury by picking up the hextech gunblade adding more life steal and spell vamp to your inventory while increasing your AD and AP one more time. at this point both you and your opponent both see that you have much more AD than AP and they begin to add armor to their team comp which is when your drop a rabadon's deathcap on thier ***es. lol spiking your AP by about 200 which sets off the "EVERYONE FOCUS MORD!!!!" call if they have not done so already which is why i end it with a runic bulark making the team have to work that much harder to kill me buying my team at least 5-7 more seconds during a team fight to go to town on the other team.

ABILITIES

you want to max out your Q and E first while putting points into you ult as often as possible. mostly because these are your damaging moves when bursting. you activate mace of spades and when your spell hits them is when your going to hit siphon of destruction hitting them with both spells at once taking a huge chunk of their life and giving you over 50-70% of your shield instantly. as i said earlier combining your ult and ignite if you choose to pick it is a great way to secure that well needed soul we all want so bad.

MASTERIES

when is comes to masteries i try to output as much damage as possible so i load my offence tree up some players can't do that because they seem do die too much but thats ok not everyone has the same play style. if you need to go into the defense tree to stay alive so be it this example is just what i use masteries were designed to allow players to customize to their play style.

RUNES

as i said in masteries i like to load up with as much damage as possible having a shield allows for you to not need the armor and magic resist in your runes which i LOVE. the reason for a lot more AP in the runes than AD is simply because i wait so long to grab the deathcap. having alot of ability power without your items with help early game when pushing and at level six when you have no AP items your ult will still be able to do extra damage.
