Hello, this is my new Mundo guide which will give u info on some runes, masteries, what items to buy and skills cons/pros - try it before voting...

It is said that the man now known as Dr. Mundo was born in the city of Zaun without any sort of conscience. Instead, he had an unquenchable desire to inflict pain through experimentation.

By the time he was five, most of the pets in the neighborhood had gone missing. By his teenage years, his parents were nowhere to be found.


When he had legally acquired his license to practice medicine, he had been acquitted of 38 charges of murder by the Zaun authorities; the lack of evidence made prosecution impossible. Unfortunately, the city-state of Nox regards such behavior as a sign of initiative and ambition, rather than inhumanity. Dr. Mundo was recruited to fight for Nox in the League of Legends.
He continues his experiments to this day, even using himself as an experimental subject.

Dr. Mundo is well-versed in the arts of pain. He wields a wicked cleaver that has been dipped in filth, which causes infections in those he harms � he is even capable of hurling it at nearby enemies.

The burning pain that is a part of Dr. Mundo's soul fuels him, allowing him to regenerate. However, he can also unleash it, harming himself and those around him. He is also capable of dropping into a sadistic blood-fury, increasing both his speed and the punishment he brings. Furthermore, Dr. Mundo's lack of soul makes him difficult to control. Dr. Mundo is most dangerous when hurt, capable of attacking nearby foes with more fury the more he is damaged. Beware the Madman of Zaun. In his eyes, you are already dead.

Adrenaline Rush(Innate): Dr. Mundo regenerates 0.3% of his max health each second.

This is the main reason why u DON'T want to stack up HP regen on Mundo, U can just get HP which will get u survivability AND nice chunk of HP regen...


Infected Cleaver(Active):Dr. Mundo hurls his cleaver, dealing magic damage equal to a portion of his target's current health and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. If Infected Cleaver hits a target, it refunds 50% of the cost.
Cooldown: 4 seconds.
Range: 1,000.
Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 health.
Minimum Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 .
Magic Damage: 15 / 18 / 21 / 23 / 25 % of target's current health.


Your main dmg ability! its just so awesome - it provides slow, HUGE DMG and its a tank killer cuz of % max HP dmg. U should level up this 1st


Burning Agony(Toggle): Dr. Mundo drains his health to reduce the duration of stuns and slows and deal continual magic damage to nearby enemies.
Cooldown: 4 seconds.
Area of Effect: 325.
Cost: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 health per second.
Magic Damage: 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 (+0.2 per ability power).
Duration Reduction: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %.


Nice spell but not best on Mundo, Its cool late game cuz combined with Sunfire in teamfights it can deal ****tons of DMG... take it on lvl 4 cuz of CC reduction..


Masochism(Active): Increases Dr. Mundo's physical damage by a flat amount for 5 seconds. In addition, Dr. Mundo also gains additional damage for each percentage of health he is missing.
Cooldown: 7 seconds
Cost: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 health.
Damage Increase: 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 .
Extra Damage Increase: 0.4 / 0.55 / 0.7 / 0.85 / 1 per 1% of health missing.


Abnormal DMG boost which will kill squishier champions in matter of seconds!


Sadism(Active): Dr. Mundo regenerates a portion of his Max Health over 12 seconds. Additionally, he gains extra movement speed for the duration.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Cost: 20% of current health.
Heal: 40 / 55 / 70 % of max health.
Movement Speed: 15 / 25 / 35

One of most OP abilities IG - it gives u an speed boost and ucan regen ur HP like every 40 sec's, isn't that cool?

Early game

Start with an Ruby Crystal and continue to one of the sidelanes. Focus on killing minions with Infected Bonesawand MAXIMUM HARASS ENEMY CHAMPIONS! Don't be afraid to overextend... When enough gold, go finish Leviathan and buy Boots.
In early/mid game transition grab Mercury Treads...

Mid Game

If heavy DPS team go and buy Sunfire Aegis 1st, if Caster team Force of Nature... Next is Atmas Impaler

If u built Sunfire first now u can destroy teams by this steps
1. Ulti on
2. Heart Zapper on
3. Sunfire Aegis procc's
4. RUN IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM AND HOPE FOR UR TEAM TO FINISH EM OF FAST

Late Game

If u bought Sunfire Aegis first, now buy Force of Nature, and vice versa...
Do the Sunfire Aegis - Heart Zapper thingy and focus squishys with Blunt Force Trauma. Bring down tanks with Infected Bonesaw...

Try getting Frozen Mallet if they are squishy, but can nuke really hard

If noone has it get Zeke's Harbinger
