Why i made this
IE + Zeal + Brawlers Gloves + Boots = 5000
Storm Razor + Phantom Dancer = 5800
You dont even have to build boots cause 5% MS from zeal off of the base MS is like having boots. early game anyways... but if you play around your ult you could prolly get away with it. this path also helps with how Sivir's kit.
