League of Legends is a team-oriented and objective based game. Success comes from capitalizing on your opponent's mistakes and properly coordinating your actions. Some effective ways to get ahead are by farming, taking towers, killing dragons and barons, and killing enemy champions. Lulu's job is to stop you from doing any of that. With her ability to use her spells offensively and defensively, there isn't much that Lulu can't do to stop the other team from getting ahead. She can poke you down in lane, Prevent you from escaping, and, most importantly, make it impossible for you to kill whoever it is you're trying to kill. Lulu might as well just be a giant middle finger walking around on the rift, preventing you from having any fun. And that's it. Is there more to her kit? Probably, but I have no clue.
Lulu is assisted by Pix, a faerie, who fires a barrage of 3 bolts to her target every time she uses a basic attack against an enemy, dealing 5 − 39 (based on level) (+ 5% AP) Ability power bonus magic damage with each bolt for a total of 15 − 117 (based on level) (+ 15% AP) bonus magic damage per basic attack. The bolts can be blocked by units in the way of Lulu's target.
Casting Help, Pix! on an ally transfers Pix's help to them for 6 seconds.
More auto damage an stuff. Use this on your Kai'Sa when she goes in for even more mixed damage that you really can't effectively itemize against. If you build attack speed and stuff, this kinda hurts. Remember when Kog'Maw could get 5.0 attack speed off his W? That **** was busted with this. Also, Pix is kind of a **** and I don't like him at all. If he has a problem with that, he should come say it to my face. Little Faery *****.

Lulu and Pix each fire a magic bolt towards the target point, dealing 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 50% AP) magic damage to the first enemy they pass through, reduced to 70% against enemies thereafter, and slowing them by 80%, decaying over 2 seconds.
If an enemy is hit by a second bolt from the same cast, they will either take no damage, or 30% damage depending upon if the first bolt had hit another unit before them. The second hit will refresh the slow.
This is Lulu's poke ability, and it also applies a slow that she'll use just after one of her shields has run out and you think you're about to get a kill. There's really not much else to it. Use it to take cs and stuff.

ON ALLY CAST: Lulu casts erratic magic upon an ally champion, giving them 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45% bonus attack speed and 30% (+ 5% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed for the next 3 / 3.25 / 3.5 / 3.75 / 4 seconds.
ON ENEMY CAST: Lulu launches a spell on the target enemy champion, polymorphing them into a harmless critter, reducing their base movement speed by 60 for 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 seconds.
This is Lulu's middle finger ability. Either your Kai'sa becomes impossible to fight or catch up to, or you become some dumb, stupid little idiot animal that can do nothing but move around like a dumb, stupid idiot for the next few seconds. This is also convenient to use because its a point and click hard cc, meaning that the Kayn who just popped out of the wall and is about to kill one of your teammates can't do **** as long as your mouse is somewhere near them. This ability works well once you've picked up a few spellbinders because you'll be really damn fast. Some other fast champions include: Master Yi, Olaf, Janna, Jhin, Hecarim, Kayn, Miss Fortune, Warwick, and Rammus.

ON ALLY CAST: Lulu sends Pix to the target ally, shielding them for 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 60% AP) damage for 2.5 seconds if they are a champion.
ON ENEMY CAST: Lulu sends Pix to the target enemy, dealing magic damage and granting true sight of them for 4 seconds.
Shields and damage. I'm gonna put some text here, so go ahead and read it if you want. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existential catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.
And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

ACTIVE: Lulu targets an Ally champion, making them really really really big. Like, seriously, they get huge. Mega huge. They'll be really big and they'll have this weird looking thing around them that knocks people up and slows them. I wonder how being really big all of a sudden feels for them. It's probably really weird, considering that they just instantly become an absolute unit. You can also make yourself really big if you want to, it's just as effective. No matter who you use it on, even if its Teemo, they'll be really big. Sometimes I wish that I was really big too.
Lulu's Ult is yet another disengage tool that you can use on your Kai'sa when she goes too ham and somehow gets away with it because you're already given her a few shields on top of her own shields and now she has a big *** shield, an attack speed and damage boost, and is really really big. I don't like this champion at all, and Kai'sa is the only adc anyone really plays anymore besides Jhin, but Jhin isn't as good with Lulu. I mean, I don't ever really play bot lane so it doesn't matter too much to me until my own but just feeds the Kai'sa and I can't itemize against her or kill her. Anyway, it's pretty much just a big boy knowckup and slow that also gives them some health.

I hope that I've taught you something useful through this guide, and that you've become a better support and a better person because of it. Please don't ever use any part of this guide for anything and if you're feeling generous, give me some digits of your social security number. Any amount of numbers is OK, I like a challenge. I will update this guide if I ever decide to play Lulu again, which i won't, and if you for some reason have any Feedback or just wanna talk about stuff, drop it in the comment section. Seriously, if you've got something on your mind that you just wanna rant about or wanna confess about that one really bad thing you did in high school, I'll hear ya out. Just don't try and sell me stuff. Anyway, that's all i've got for today. See ya
