Zed can farm easily under turrent. Last hitting is also easier. Once again,remember, his passive gives him additional percentage damage, letting you hit the minnions when they have ample health. Also, the lifesteal runes should help you stay in lane for a decent amount of time.

When laning, Zed has to play agressive. You should max range farm with until you get level your .

Remember, his passive gives him additional percentage damage. So dont be afraid to go after them when they're under, once you've poked.
