Introduction
I played a lot Jarvan since S5. I almost reach 300k on my main account with him.
He is my favorite character since season 5. He can 1 v 1 most of champions and he got a high potential of team fight carrying due to his 5 knock-up's potential (let's dream) and his very good AOE burst.
But he needs a lot of gold to unleash his true power, so that is why he is way more powerful at toplane than jungle.
It will be a short guide, but I will try to do the best explanation possible. Im already sorry for the bad english level. Im French you know :p
Okay here we go.
Runes
It provides you 218 hp at 18. I really think those runes are underatted. HP are as efficient as Armor. There is an amount of Armor which is useless to overcome because you wont get so much more resistance if you buy more. But this worth amount is easy to reach with only one item. So beyong this amount it's like 100 times better to stack HP than armor.
So we got + 13 AD which is decent start for ur AA, so of course easy last hitting, and Q spell.
I dont feel like i need to explain resistance choice. It's up to your match-up.
