Hello, my name is Dylan. I go by the Alias "MightySkayer" or "Envy". I have played league since pre-season 3, switching from multiple accounts along the way! I generally have been around Silver II - I elo, but usually play with Gold and Platinum friends and do just fine. Anyways, enough about me lets get on to the build!

So, this build is specifically for low-med tier players (Silver - Gold). I created this build thinking what is the best way to climb elo and not have to worry about my team in much cases and worry about finalizing the build to maximize end game potential. I first looked over the "Top Tier Champions" and found just terrible sought out favors toward fiddlesticks, pantheon, and master yi. So I came up with a series of tests on champions who were viable both early and late game, I came to the conclusion Jarvan IV would do the job. His sustainability in lane and not only his great lane presents with his knock up and shield-slow would do the job. This build is to get the job done in the Top Lane and knock down your opponents fast and early, and snowballing your lane.

Pros
• Great early game
• Doesn't need ganks
• Can do great against most champions (depending on the player)
• Start strong Finish hard

Cons
• Can be shutdown quite early
• Needs to snowball lane to do much late game
• Not many escape moves, other than E+Q

Some quick tips are to zone your opponent in lane as best as possible and aswell harass them when they go to take some cs. As well dont be afraid to use your mana, just be sure to have good ward coverage and you'll be fine.
