Doran's Blade
if u want to play aggresive and u are famliar with jax.

Crystalline Flask+ Sight Ward+ Health Potion+ Mana Potion
against a heavy poke lane, where u will need sustain

Boots:

Mercury's Treads
when u want Tenacity and Magic Resist

Ninja Tabi
against Ad lane or Ad heavy team, u can get Zephyr for Tenacity

I prefer Enchantment: Homeguard

Trinity Force
+
Blade of the Ruined King

These are the 2 Core Items.
Purchase Order depends on your Lane Enemy.
Botrk against Ad-Lane, Trinity against others. Depends on your wishes
