Early 1-9 lvl
The most important is getting as much gold as you can.
At first minutes of game you need to evaluate if you can win early fight. You do not want to die at any moment, but you want use potential opportunity to get gold from teamfights. Build is quite expensive, you must focus on getting gold, thats why you want to focus on killing as much as you can minions and taking plates.
Late 9-18 lvl
What you want to do?
You want to look for reset in teamfights, also avoid getting cc or oneshoted. Still you want a lot of gold for fullbuild. You want to shoot a lot.
Tips
Q stacks attack speed, and increase range each lvl up.
Use of W scales with attack speed.
E is usefull counter for zhyona or tp.
R dmg scales with missing %hp.
Your passive is stacking.
Hurricane stacks q.
