My In-Game name is "Fâkker". Current Rank at the Moment is "Silver" (i hate to be there) but i'll make the Best of it ^^

Champions: Gangplank, Renekton, Camille, Viktor, Kassadin, Zed, Orianna, Xin, Kayn, Rengar, Sejuani, Karma, Rakan, Thresh, Blitzcrank and Leona.

I like to play these Champions and it Depends on the Matchups. I'm a Top Lane Main but since all Changes for Season 8, i just try Runes and play Fun Champs most of the Time ^^

Metal is perfection

Since we have Pre Season and the "New Runes" are a bit weird i guess Viktor can use all Sorcery Head Runes.

Let's take a closer look:

PHASE RUSH
In my opinion it is the Best. With the Burst you already got in your Kit, you can catch up even if they flash away from you. You can dodge way faster Cages and so on. That's why i still think this is the Best.
FAQ: Duration: 3 seconds / Cooldown: 15 seconds / Hitting an enemy champion with 3 attacks or separate abilities within 3 seconds grants 15%-40% (based on level) Movement Speed.

SUMMON AERY
Depending on the Match Up I am against i take Aery. I really love to take Aery against Malzahar. The Shield consumes your AA but you still deal Damage with Aery. After Aery returns you can AA him aganin. Viktor is my Counter Pick into the Malzahar. You are pushing as hard as he do. You can Cancel his Ult und Burst him to death. Aery helps you a lot against Champs like him they are having Shields or smth like that.
FAQ: Damage: 15-40 (based on level) (+ 10% AP) (+ 15% bonus AD) / Shield: 30-80 (based on level) (+ 25% AP) or (+ 40% bonus AD) / Your attacks and abilities send Aery to a target, damaging enemy champions or shielding allies.

ARCANE COMET
It is not the worse. With Rylai's you can not miss him xD. He is slowd and get more than enough Damage and you can put your W right under him. If they don't flash they are most likely Dead ^^
FAQ: Adaptive Damage: 30-100 (based on level) (+ 20% AP) (+ 35% bonus AD)/ Cooldown: 20-8 seconds / Damaging an enemy champion with an ability hurls a comet at their location, or if Arcane Comet is on cooldown, reduces its remaining cooldown.

MANAFLOW BAND
THE BEST ON VIKTOR. He is swallowing your Mana -.- But with the Manaflow Band you kinda have no Mana issues.
FAQ: Ultimate Hat is also good but you better prefer the Mana over CD on you Ult ;) And the shield idk i dont Pu-ssy out in my lane xD

TRANSCENDENCE
You just need the CDR. Yeah you can buy so many things with CDR but, sometimes there is no way to buy everything you want. You get camped you missplay an get ****on. So after 10 Minutes you have garanteed CDR. After hitting 40% CDR you gain 2AP per CDR.
FAQ: Go for Absoloute Focus, if you don't want the 10% after 10 minute. So you get extra AP :)

SCORCH
Scorch is like the passive from Gangplank or like Deathfires Touch. You Burn a Champion and deal 20-60 Damage. This is nice because sometimes they live with low life and this gives them the Rest. Good combination with Aery ;)
FAQ: If you don't want this take Gathering Storm and get AP every Ten Minutes.
