Why Triumph?
You will rarely run out of mana in the Jungle. Your mana costs are incredibly low. Triumph provides gold to snowball harder as a jungler and healing for clutch plays.
Why Cosmic Insight?
Must-take. Gwen relies on movespeed to catch-up to enemies, therefore shorter cooldown on Ghost and Smite will be really useful. Ghost cooldown reduces from 210 to 177 seconds. Your Skip 'n Slash has a short cooldown, enabling you to dash around without Flash.
Where is Void Staff?
Gwen does not need that much magic pen because of her in-built passive Thousand Cuts to deal true damage. An extra item of utility or power-spike AP rather than Void Staff will scale harder with her AP ratios.
