Dude, you say that you didn't even see anyone using Garrison (the spell) but that spell is Dominion only, and you can't jungle there.

Pretty much you are not even bronze are you?

You don't need a jungle item more advanced than or unless you fall massively behind (in which case, build defensively. , , , and items like that become options). Sometimes I even just keep machete and don't upgrade it.

If you aren't doing poorly, build pure AD like you would with lane after Madred's. Gank constantly and put pressure on every lane and try to counterjungle as much as you can.

First few items could be , after which you can either build more AD (, , , more s), or build some defensive items like , , etc.)

Great guide for a work in progress...i would also advise21-9-0 though. cant wait to see improements

Don't build on Riven, it's such a gigantic waste of money and an item slot. She can clear the jungle just by building pure AD items, and you should be spending the majority of your time ganking instead of farming the jungle anyway.

Masteries need to be 21/9/0 because you are heavily reliant on gank success.

Not mentioning counterjungling in a jungle Riven guide almost made me instantly downvote this, but I don't want to downvote another Riven guide unless it's either clearly a troll guide or beyond redemption. Giving you a chance to archive and fix this before republishing, please make use of it.

Thanks for the insight. To be completely honest i published the guide so people could critique it and i assure you it is not close to being finished. I only had an hour or so so i just published what i had and said "Work In Progress". But anyways, thanks i will be sure to add the counter jungle section. What would you advise instead of Wriggle's?
