I am 2x Grand master on EUW and EUNE

This is my nocturne guide

Nocturne is hyper carry assassin with a dive in kit which is almost unstopable

You wanna pick Nocturne if you need an assassin who can dive into enemy back line and one shot some one

Nocturne is great if you don´t really have any engage tanks on either top or support

Nocturne is great if you need something that can dive in or if you need damage

I myself played a little bit of nocturne and found him really good post 6 with ulti ganks.

Pros:

Really strong 1v1 kit
Really strong R
Good at diving into enemy back line
High burst
Unstopable when ahead
Great late game

Cons:
Weak pre 6
Not the best ganks pre 6
Weak against peel

Nocturne Jungle gameplay commentary by Foxdrop video (detailed)

Jungle clear updated after scuttle crab changes

1. Red
2. Krugs
3. Raptors
4. Wolves
5. Scuttle ****
6. Gank or go to blue
7. If gank then reset if blue then clear gromp and then reset

After reset go to Krugs and afterwards raptors

You always wanna go for ganks if they are free over clearing a jungle camp

You can also do the korean jungle path:
1. Red
2. Raptors
3. Krugs
4. Gank
5. Enemy blue
6. Enemy gromp
7. Enemy wolves
8. Reset
Go to your own blue side jungle afterwards to check or go to raptors then krugs for power farming

Nocturnes combo is pretty straight forward

You wanna Ulti and make people "paranoid" for up to 6 seconds ulti again on to the target you want to assassinate and just before you hit the enemy with your ulti you wanna press W which is your spell shield to block any cc ability that might hit you mid air, then you press E on to the target you wanna assassinate and follow that up with a Q and then you pretty much just auto attack them to death
