Last hit a lot of mobs get a lot of money asap. Don't even bother harassing till level 3. Then after you have 950g go and get and then start harassing a bit more. Continue to last hit ever mob possible. Try some ganks around level 6 but be careful, leave yourself an exit and don't teleport into a fight if you don'f feel confident. And you have to be super careful about ing to many times quickly or else it will sap all of your mana. Be super careful not to die as dieing is very bad with and you will lose lots of stacks which cam be a pain in the ***. Kill golem and get his buff for extra mana and cooldown reduction. And rape everyone you can. Don't feel bad about stealing kills because it helps your stack up and actually will be beneficial to your team. Don't be rambo and always be the last one in the fight. Initiate with (unless they're close) and then slam them with and hopefully finish with . Thats about it. Have fun owning with Kassadin hes my favorite :)

P.S. I'm still noob, just level 20 so this is just for getting IP and stuff not rated or anything like that. Just thought I would give writing a guide a shot.
