His Bountiful Harvest is a particular threat. Any good fiddlesticks would: Reap, Terrify then Bountiful Harvest to keep you from doing as much damage as possible. Early laning against fiddle isn't too difficult but his Reap generally hinders getting feed.

To try and counter fiddle, you would want to follow the same sequence of attacks but wait until he throws his Reap before leaping in for the assault.

With her Light Binding she can be quite annoying to play against, however it isn't too hard to dodge. With lux, the best thing to do is stay behind minions and wait for her to use Light Binding before attacking.

Teemo is an annoying champ to play against for any lane, however his Blinding Dart will not affect Katarina with this build as it focuses her ability power.

Ahri's passive makes laning against her early game quite difficult. Her Essence Theft is a passive spell vamp every so often which is something Katarina almost relies on. Ahri's Charm and Orb of Deception also make her difficult to fight. This is because her charm renders Katarina completely useless for 2 seconds which does not pair well against her low health.

Ahri's abilities are very easy to dodge and it is imperative that you do so. Early game she is useless without her abilities as they have rather large cool downs. This is the perfect time to attack.
