Ghost is still a viable option on him, which is why it should at least have a mention.

Ghost is pretty redundant on rammus, you already have powerball. Flash is the strongest spell for rammus.

No tenacity on Rammus is not a bad idea considering you do damage from your and even if you are CCed, plus with your you can cover ground onto the enemy adc. You are going to want to be as tanky and have as high dps possible at the expense of a bit of utility.

I would suggest lowering the Icon size in the 'build' section and enlarge them in the 'Match-Up' Section :D

Also with not maxing your E, this may hurt you in terms of chasing enemies, but against many enemies who have good escapes, you may not be able to get them with the taunt. The only time I would max the taunt second is if you are against an ability power top laner (exception because of auto attack damage).
