Dodge this game. You do not win unless you have teammates willing to engage for you consistently. He can knock you up reliably at least 3 times in a team fight which tenacity won't help against. Should you not-dodge, invade him early and look to fight him if he wastes his high-CD 'E'. You win the 1v1 if he is not fed but the more people fighting at once, the more ZAC-favored the fight becomes. I would ban Zac but I keep him open in case the enemy JGer chooses Master Yi from me.

If Eve gets ahead you lose. Look to invade her relentlessly early, she has tools to delete you if you get careless. Not a hard counter but, like master yi, if this jungler can pick off kills early, they will roll the game.

Whoever gets strong early wins this matchup. Opt for Hail of Blades + ignite and try to force skirmishes of 2v2, 3v3 in the lanes or river. He can pick you off when behind if he catches you out in the jungle and giving him 1000 gold because you were careless will easily lose the game. A good khazix will wait jump away from you when you ult so you run out, and use his invis very annoyingly to disengage. You need a good cc tank to skirmish and invade with you.

A good Hecarim can farm faster than you while ganking all 3 lanes. NEVER run at one alone. Try to only commit to fights when his R is down.

Can be a problem if he gets out of hand and form early. Look to counter gank if possible because he scales pretty well. If he goes shadow assassin, W his entire combo and generally avoid him. If he goes rhaast, W his ultimate and dodge his W with Alphastrike. If he knocks you up, he will stack conquerer fast and you will lose. Take ignite if he is obviously going Rhaast.

Rammus

Rammus is especially annoying if his teammates stick near him. Majority of rammus's faced are usually counter-picking yi and aren't familiar with the champion. As long as you can scale you just need to avoid him in fights; focus the squishies and kill him last.

Bel'Veth

Save meditate for her E, and dodge her W with Alpha. Try to avoid fighting outnumbered fights versus her and don't 1v1 her.

Skill matchup. Don't fight near walls and avoid early 2v2s.
