Hello Everyone!!! I'm Joe Lee (Ign: NeverCompany, start playing League of Legend since 2013 which last year. My main role is AD Carry, I love to use Vayne and Ezreal as my AD Carry position.
Vayne is soft but her damage quite crazy when carrying Blade of the Ruined King and on her ulti Final Hour it carry out extra damage + when using her Q skill Tumble will made her invisible to escape or get far from Foe.
The world is not always as civilized as people might think. There are still those who would follow the blackest paths of magic and become corrupted by the darker powers that flow through Runeterra. Shauna Vayne knows this fact well. As a young privileged girl in the heart of Demacia's elite, her father tried to convince her of the constabulary's ever-vigilant eye. The malevolent woman overcame her father's conciliar guard, then tortured her family before murdering them. The young Shauna escaped only by hiding herself and then fleeing once the hag had departed, plagued by the screams of her loved ones as she ran. A burning hatred was born in her that day, one that could never be denied.
Vayne was able to take care of herself using her father's money, and she began to train as soon as an instructor would have her as a student. By the time she was a fully grown woman, she had become a grim warrior. However, the fields of battle were not to be her home. Demacia needed a protector, one who hunted those lost to the darkness. Shauna used her family's contacts to become the first Night Hunter, and now her prowess is the stuff of legends. It is said that those who practice the black arts quake when they hear that the Night Hunter is on the prowl. Despite her crusade, Shauna has looked at the League of Legends in horror. There are champions who have clearly lost themselves to the blackest of magics, and who have been embraced within the League even though they should be put down for the safety of all. The time has come for the Night Hunter to execute her secret mission - to purge the League of Legends.

Greater Mark of Critical Chance
Greater Mark of Critical Chance is the only one critical item on this build. That can made Vayne has more percentage to get critical chance.
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
The Greater Mark of Attack Damage is to give Vayne a big huge damage advantage in the early game due to her critical hits and her abilities.
Greater Seal of Armor
The Greater Seal of Armor give Vayne the power to trade and fight with AD oriented champions early game and also Vayne is quite soft from early to the end. This is pretty much needed on Vayne in most lanes so I wouldn't really switch this round.
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
The Greater Glyph of Magic Resist is my standard glyphs for any AD champion. They provide me with a good defense against that one random magic damage spell most champions provide and they help me in a fight where the enemy AP champions shows up.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
Similarly to the Marks, these Quintessences will help Vayne harass enemies early in the game. These are the popular quints and they are good. I typically prefer utility over early trade damage and last hitting.
Greater Quintessence of Life Steal
After many people suggest me to put 2 Greater Quintessence of Life Steal , I tested, it quite good and also I found that I can stay longer on my lane than I use 3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage . Anyhow Thank for you all recommend. <UPDATED 28/2/2014>

Life Steal: 4%
For the starting item I think most of the Marksman will take Health Potion , Greater Totem and Doran's Blade because it carry up some damage and health, it quite awesome for starting.
For the 1st recall I suggest Vayne take Bilgewater Cutlass 1st then Boots, if you can get both in 1st recall it will be more Greats. Why Bilgewater Cutlass so important? A: It bring out 12% Life Steal and can make foe movement speed by 25% it's pretty cool...
The Compulsory items for sure is Blade of the Ruined King and Berserker's Greaves it give you huge of attack speed.
Statikk Shiv Vs Phantom Dancer
Both item also good for Vayne but I more suggest people buy Phantom Dancer because it bring out 30% Critical Strike and 50% Attack Speed. But you not good in farm I suggest you to buy Statikk Shiv it will let you more easily to farm up.
Last Whisper also one of the compulsory item it give you 35% Armor Penetration is good for Vayne because she is soft like a paper but not LADDY GAGA.
Guardian Angel Vs Banshee's Veil Vs Mercurial Scimitar
Guardian Angel is what I choose almost everytime because of Vayne attack speed is pretty fast so that when she's revives she can recover her life ASAP with Q Tumble to escape far from teamfight.
That quite good to is foe having a huge damage of magic attack for example Gragas and Nidalee .
That good for when foes having a lot CC champions that very greats for this and also it bring out 60 attact damage. But it also the quite expensive than up of 2 defensive items.
Infinity Edge Vs Bloodthirster
Infinity Edge is awesome to Vayne because it pump up much of damage and critical chance too.
Bloodthirster is mostly I buy for the 1st it is cheaper than Infinity Edge 600 bucks and also it got 12% life steal. In other words Blade of the Ruined King + Bloodthirster which already have 24% Life steal that is good for Vayne .
Therefore, my mostly final build is > > > > > >
Vayne gains 30 movement speed when moving towards a visible enemy champion.
Q Tumble RANGE: 300COOLDOWN: 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 / 2COST: 30 MANA
ACTIVE: Vayne quickly rolls toward the cursor's location, causing her next basic attack within 6 seconds to deal bonus damage. This ability resets the autoattack timer on cast.
BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD
W Silver Bolts
PASSIVE: Consecutive attacks and abilities mark Vayne target with silver rings. The third consecutive attack or spell against the same target will consume the rings, dealing true damage equal to a flat amount plus a percentage of the target's maximum health (capped at 200 against monsters).
The rings are removed if Vayne attacks a different target or doesn't attack for 3 seconds.
TRUE DAMAGE: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% target's maximum health)
E Condemn RANGE: 550COOLDOWN: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12COST: 90 MANA
ACTIVE: Vayne fires a projectile at target unit, dealing physical damage and knocking the target back 470 units. If the target is knocked into a wall, the target takes the same damage again and is stunned for 1.5 seconds. Condemn also applies Silver Bolts once.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 45 / 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 (+ 50% bonus AD)
MAXIMUM PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 90 / 160 / 230 / 300 / 370 (+ 100% bonus AD)
R Final Hour COOLDOWN: 100 / 85 / 70COST: 80 MANA
ACTIVE: Vayne temporarily gains attack damage and enhances her other abilities. While Final Hour is active, Night Hunter's movement speed increase is tripled, and using Tumble stealths Vayne for 1 second.
DURATION: 8 / 10 / 12
BONUS ATTACK DAMAGE: 25 / 40 / 55
I add Tumble first because it let me easy to farm up and avoid foe abilities. And I mix Silver Bolts first it bring out a lot of damages when having 3rd hit. You can add Condemn for level 2 if you want to early gank. I just added 1 point on Condemn before I max it up 3 of the skills because I just wanted the knock back to wall and let them stun it up.
Here has some tips that what I always do, I will ask my support to ward right hand side bush because it near wall to use Condemn to hit and stun them up.

is most of the AD Carries will using it because we know that AD Carry is soft and aim for damage item. This give you extra shield, it gives help you in lane when people try to gank or last hit you. Also that, it will be quite useful in late game when people try to burst you down. Overall, it is the safest spell and all beginners to AD Carry should take this spell.
is also generally a must-have for all AD Carries. It very nice for Vayne , when you're having teamfight enemy for sure will aim you first because you're the one who bring the most damages and the softest one. So that when there come to you, you can use Final Hour > Tumble > Flash so that they cannot catch you up and will focus on other member, at the time you can start join the teamfight with safe direction.

Ж Constant re-positioning with Tumble
Ж Has a hard CC ability (knockback/stun) with Condemn
Ж Final Hour gives free bonus AD / MS / stealth with Tumble to get invisible
Ж Can avoid skills easily
Ж Great against high-health champions
Ж True damage with Silver Bolts
Ж Become true of LADDY GAGA in the late game carry
Ж Has a tricky laning phase
Ж Hard to play perfectly and hard to master
Ж Short range
Ж Soft like a piece of paper
Ж Completely disabled by CC
Ж Always focused in team fights
Also one of Vayne best friend. When Blitzcrank stand on a corner side and use Rocket Grab to Grab foe so that Vayne and get it high percentage to knock them to wall.
