Introduction

This is a guide written of the bronze, by the bronze, for the bronze.
The other guides on here for LeBlanc are great but are all tailored to their respective authors higher level of play.
This is built to make as much use of the terrible bronze habits as possible. (ie. Void staff is only optional because who builds MR against assassins/mages in bronze?)
This is my first attempt at making a guide so any feedback is appreciated.

Runes

Total mix of scaling and non scaling CDR glyphs equals 9.99%.
Magic Pen marks and AP quints fairly normal, you can take Magic pen quints if you want but I prefer the early game damage from AP quints for the level 2 all-ins.
Health runes to help with the burst that you can't dodge, though you shouldn't be taking a lot of hits anyway with her mobility.

Masteries

Nothing much here, pretty standard 12/18/0
You can swap out precision for intelligence if you really want, but you don't really need the extra 5%. Once you hit mid game you will have your ult up for every engage anyways. Better off having the extra Magic Pen.

Skill Sequence

Now here is where I vary things a bit depending on my matchup and opponent's aggression.

Most of the time I start W > Q > E, then max in the same order with second point in Q @ 8.

However the extra point in Q earlier can be great when getting zoned or poked. It allows you to play from further back and then go in for a W,Q,R. The damage trade-off for your Q,W,R isn't affected that much, and normalizes within one level anyway.

Spells

Passive: Mirror Images
Q: Sigil of Malice
W: Distortion
E: Ethereal Chains
R: Mimic

PASSIVE
Ability:
When your passive procs it spawns a clone of you that you can control by holding Alt + moving/attacking. This takes a little practice to get used to but will save your life countless times.

Use:
When it pops, by default the clone will just run in one direction. Use this behavior to your advantage. When it pops, click the direction you want to go, then start weaving with your clone to draw attention to it. You can also attack with your clone, though only auto attacks, it doesn't deal damage but can be used to distract. If you use any ability the enemy will instantly know which one is the real you, so make sure you think it through before casting anything.

Q
Ability:
Deals single target damage and marks the enemy. The next ability used on the enemy will detonate the mark dealing additional damage.

Use:
This ability telegraphs your intent to do a Q>W>R combo. You can use this to bait out an enemy's escape/defensive ability and since it's cooldown is so low you can just follow up on them after it comes off cooldown with the very combo that they tried to avoid. If they don't try to escape it then you just proceed with the combo to teach them a lesson. They will eventually start to tuck tail every time you use your Q and then you can play their cooldowns however you want.

W
Ability:
Dashes a short distance and deals damage upon arrival. You can reactivate the ability to return to the position from whence it was cast. (just really wanted to use 'whence')

Use:
The move that LeBlanc is probably best know for. This ability is very versatile, it can be used as a huge damage dealer, to close gaps, to escape (crazy jukes). If you start anywhere, start by mastering this ability. Get used to how long it lasts, how far you can run after casting it, it's range, what walls you can and cannot dash over with it. Seriously the jukes you can pull off with this would be hard to rival with ANY other champion.

E
Ability:
Attaches a chain between you and an enemy, dealing damage on contact and additional damage if you remain in range for 1.5 seconds. Additionally, if you remain attached for the 1.5 seconds you will root the target.

Use:
This is your only CC, usable both for escape and engage. If using for escape, be careful not to W out of range of your chains before they root your target.

R
Ability:
Casts a copy of your most recently cast spell. Each with a modified amount of damage, but all triggering the same cooldown.

Use:
This is where it gets tricky. The use of this ability depends entirely on your situation. I will elaborate on it's use in the combos section.

Combos

I will list some common combos for laning phase here, but once you get into teamfights you will have to think on your feet to make the most of her.
Once you are comfortable with these combos I suggest having a look at some of the other builds here on Mobafire that feature lich bane, they require you to make use of auto attacks in between abilities to proc your sheen.

I have also done up a little spreadsheet to show how the damage of each combo works out at different levels and with different item combinations. AA damage is not factored into it.

<SPREADSHEET LINK>
Sorry but the checkboxes don't work in Google Sheets so you will have to add the AP values in manually to cell 'X3'

Q > W > R > W - Quick, huge, burst. Best used from bushes/fog of war (behind walls)
LeBlanc's signature move. It is a very telegraphed combo, especially if used often, so try to bait out defensive abilities with Q before you commit to the full combo.
This is amazing to do from bush/wall cover since by the time they realize they have been marked you are already on top of them.

W > Q > R > W - Safest poke. Best used when laning, or team fights.

This is probably my favorite in and out combo of hers since most people will expect you to get in close enough to open with your Q for the QWR combo. You can use this expectation to close the gap with W (can W onto minions for wave clear at the same time) then Q,R and W back out to safety. If you find yourself getting zoned you can max your Q before W to make this combo deal more damage.

Q > W > E > AA > R - Tank killing support. Used with a teammate 2v1/2v2 or engaging for a gank.

I use this if grouping with a teammate to take down a tank or other un-burstable champion. Or just to feed a kill to another lane. Q and W are interchangeable in this one, you choose either safer engage distance or more damage. The latter half you are going to hit them with your E, then an auto attack while the second half procs and then follow up with a second chain from your R. By this time your Q and W should be coming off CD if you still need to chase or secure the kill.

There are a huge number of potential combos available with LeBlanc and this just scratches the surface of what she can do.
