Here is a quick TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read) version of the build for those of you who don't like to read, don't have time or are lazy. :P

Early Game

Items:
As LeBlanc you want to start off with a Doran's ring, 2 health potions and a warding trinket. The Doran's ring gives you ability power, mana regeneration, the potions offer sustain and the warding trinket offers vision to escape from enemy jungler ganks.

Farming:
As good as LeBlanc is, she has a huge weakness in her laning phase, that is farming. When playing LeBlanc you want to farm with your auto-attack and NOT with your abilities. LeBlanc's abilities cost too much mana to farm with and thus makes it difficult to farm. LeBlanc has extremely weak farming under tower, if you have a blue buff or mana pots you can use your W to farm but otherwise last hitting is the only option.

Laning:
As LeBlanc you want to auto-attack as much as possible and rush level 2 right away. Most times you want to auto-attack the enemy, especially on AD-Mid laners and having the 1% critical chance rune allows you to sometimes get good poke off. Once level 2 getting your Q, W combo off as early as possible causes tons of damage and forces the enemy to use up health pots early on. If you land your Q, W combo on the enemy when the enemy is only level 1, it usually deals around 50% of the enemy's hp. If you are farming efficiently you can land this combo around 4-5 times in lane. Once you reach level 3-4 you can usually kill the enemy laner and start to snowball. In most scenarios you want to Q, W, E and ignite the enemy and basic attack them, as they run to their tower, river or jungler a final Q will usually finish them off if they are not dead already. Once you reach level 6, if you aren't snowballing already you will be soon. Once level 6 the best thing to have is your DeathFireGrasp. Once confronted with an enemy you want to DFG, Q, R, W, E, Q, and finally ignite. Doing the combo in this order allows you to set off a double silence on the enemy and maximise your damage, and just as LeBlanc says "For my next trick I'll make their life bar disappear."

Mid Game

Roaming:
LeBlanc has amazing ganks when she roams to different lanes, her high mobility, burst and escapes allow her to be extremely effective. Once level 6 and above you want to roam to top lane or bottom lane commonly and assist them in kills, turrets and objectives. Although this may prevent you from killing your own turret, once late-game your team can help you destroy the turret in mere seconds. If you have help and co-operation from your team mates it is extremely easy to make successful tower dives and plays when roaming. Roaming is a must do for LeBlanc and secures her many kills and objectives and allows her to snowball extremely hard.
