I think that is really doesn't matter who you are against in lane. Obviously you hear that about every champion that you play or that you play into. Although with Lee Sin, you can use his q ability to farm with, so you can play against ranged champions. Lee Sin can be a hard champion to play, and I will agree with a lot of people when I say that, it does take time to learn all of his mechanics and how to use them, like the insec. Everyone hears the same for every champ, although I believe that Lee is super strong in the top lane, and if you can play him correctly, you win be able to carry your teams.
