First of all, Lee isnt easy champion, he is pretty hard to master, you wont be able to pull out good plays if u dont have at least 100 games on him.. thats my opinion. Most important is hitting Q, if u dont hit em, you are useless, also you should know ward-jumps which gives you great mobillity. The most common combo you should know is ward-hop + R + Q, Then there is R + Flash but thats pretty hard for a newbie. You should buy Trackers Knife(Green jungle item for wards) every game, even if you get ahead. I know this was a pretty short guide but i hope it helped a bit, leave a like if u find it helpful.
