You have no idea when he's going to fling you his jungler for a guaranteed first blood or your first death. And that's why Singed is a Jungler's Best Friend.

Standard Singed: There's nothing special about this build in particular. It just makes Singed as much of a nuisance as he can possible, yet still being pretty effective at the same time.

Example Build: Frozen Heart, Mercuary's Treads, Spirit Visage, Archangel's Staff, Abyssal Specter, Ryial's Crystal Specter.

Gamble Singed: If you want have a more Risker but scarier build for Singed, I would highly recommend for Rod of Ages first, since it gives Singed an early game advantage, and Boots of Choice for Second, but I've bought Ninja Tabi so that I can be Annoying to all AD-type Champions, Especially for pokey champions. Get a Morelomonicon for the Lost Chapter Passive, The Archangel's Staff Completely, (No Tear-of-the-Goddess-early-game ideas.) Void Staff for Penetration of Magic Resit and Deathcap for the Total Results of your AP, Including the Mana from the Archangel's Staff.

Singed of Ages: This is Singed's most Cheesiest way for Victory, by Staking up as much Rod of Ages as possible, since it's giving Singed an Extra 100 HP for free; for a total of 600 HP per completed Rod of Ages. Giving Singed 2400 HP Plus another 400 for Ryial's, making it 2800 HP. He gets so tanky, that he makes Warmong's look like a training vest.

Actual OP Skin of the Guide: Surfer Singed allows you to take -1 Damage from all of Leona's Abilities and Passive, due to the Protection of the Sunglasses, and +1 Movement speed, from Nami's Heal.

For the Riches: Aside from Surfer Singed, Snow Day Singed or Riot Squad is also Pretty OP, because it's snows down poison from his poisonous Snow machine, and I have no idea where I'm going with this. Also, nobody really picks the Augmented Singed Skin, even if they have the skin itself.

For the Standards: SSW and Black Scourge Singed are Pretty OP, with each of those Singed skins giving you a sweet outfit and a cool looking shield.

Full Information: Singed is one of the only champions in the game who "Breaks the rules" of framing with your enemy laner, for a fair fight. Singed can just skip the first tower go to the middle of the first and second tower and just farm his way like that, and if there's at least one enemy laner, you can just run back away, and now the top laner is suddenly losing his health. Singed is one of the only champions in the entire game, whose kit is used to farm up fast and melt away the enemies' health like nothing. Not to mention with Ryial's included to makes things way even worse, as singed doesn't need to worry about Melee champions at the very least chasing and trying to get singed. He simply Doesn't give a Phreak. And Same thing goes to teamfights too. Enemies will either have to make a decision of killing one champion that's disturbing the minion waves, or his entire team but him, and continues farming happily along his way; making their towers scared of Singed's Minions. It's honestly almost too unfair, especially when that singed knows what he's doing, and yet he has one of the simplest of jobs ever in league, but some of the most hardest in knowledge, since singed needs a backup escape route, so they can continue their recycles.
