Proof that it works (and that I'm an obnoxious Teemo player)

Yes, my IG name is "TeemoSlayer", I was a bit drunk and I had the IP for it. Don't judge me.

Explanation on how it works.

I've had a real struggle while trying to reach level 7 mastery on Teemo. I had easily reached 6 with S- grades but I just could not get an S. Then one day, I had to play Teemo ADC, because that's how I roll, and I played like a ****ing champ (25/4/something) and got that sweet S+. I then thought of how the mastery system worked, since it had not awarded me with S ratings after playing similarly at top lane in the past. After doing some research, I learned that ranks such as S are only awarded when you surpass a certain average of kills, assists, deaths and cs, and that these parameters were different for each role, which would mean playing very average on an off-meta role with terrible averages can actually award you with an S rank very easily. After some build testing (I had no idea on what to build at first) I found an optimal, full-burst build to use and I played 3 games using this exact build path (it took me two other games to figure out the required play style and itemization) and I got 2 S ranks in these 4 games and finally reached level 7 mastery.

PS: I'll update this bit every week, depending on whether if I actually play with the build.

How do I play this build?

Be very defensive early game, only poking your opponents IF they have a melee support. You will have two power spikes; once you get Nashor's right after Liandry's, and another spike once you grab the Rylai's. The "nerfed" Rylai's is AMAZING for any AP support since it's cheap AND the utility it provides is amazing, especially so for Teemo. Q + AA is the easy combo that you should be aiming for while playing this build, since you will look to burst down opponents during late game.

Special Features of the Build

- It is super easy to score the highest damage in the game, I've scored the highest amount of damage on 3 of my 4 games, the one being a game in which my ADC and mid were AFK and I could only come second to a fed Syndra.
- Q's burst potential, alongside it's blind utility, means that you can both use it on their AA carry, and that you can use Q to easily burst any of their squishies. You'd be surprised at how much damage it can actually deal.
- Shrooms, if frequently placed, are very good vision tools, which is the reason why I don't recommend Sightstone (and a little more AP can't harm no one).
- Playing Teemo support is really fun once your teammates can get over the fact that you are absolutely not trolling and that you will actually play like a proper support. Do expect people to flame you for no reason, and have your "/mute all" ready for if you are left under fire by 9 people.

Teemo ADC!

Just a regular on-hit build. Nothing special. It does work very well though, because no one expects that amount of damage from ADC Teemo. You'll play very defensively early on, only poking and absolutely never engaging, until you get an easy gank. Snowballs pretty hard.
