Introduction

I've seen a lot of Tryndamere builds and they tend to do what seems to be a decent job of summarizing the items you need to play effectively.

I haven't, however, seen this exact build and I've been using it for months now with great success.

Runes

For your Quintesences, I couldn't find the +2% Life Steal on the site:
Get 2x +2% Life Steals and 1x +2% Movement Speed
The Lifesteal is AWESOME Early game and Movement Speed is :)

Greater Mark of Furor

With full critical damage runes, you will increase your critical damage by 20%
This means that if you're hitting for 200, BEFORE any other items are taken into account, you will be doing an additional 20 damage. It should be noted that most items stack additively with these runes so you will end up doing a TON more damage late game and a lot of extra damage early game.

Greater Seal of Resilience

You can get what you want for seals, but extra armor will let you go head to head with AD

Greater Glyph of Alacrity

You have a lot of options for your blues but I typically just use it to give me a little attack speed buffer. Your mileage may vary

Masteries

For your mastery, I think getting 10 extra damage to towers is worth more than 2 bonus damage to minions but that's up to you.

The enhanced recall can save your life, it's a great way to get out after a gank quickly.

Finally, the extra armor and magic resist will make you a little more beefy.

Items

The awesome thing about this item build is that your life steal is always rock solid.

You'll be able to heal yourself in the jungle by fighting minions, solo dragon by ~level 8, and heal your way through a head-to-head AD fight.

You want to start out with Boots of Speed so you're not slow as balls.
Get yourself either 3x Health Potions or 1x Health Potion and 1x Sight WardSight Ward if they have a jungle.

You want to get your Avarice Blade as soon as you can because the earlier you get it, the more gold it will give you total.
It also will give you a nice extra +12% crit damage so you can flex those crit damage runes.

After your Avarice Blade, finish up your Berserker's Greaves so you can get that extra attack speed, and grab yourself a Vampiric Scepter.

By the time you have your Vampiric Scepter, you'll be critting for ~250 with full fury and you'll already be at +19% life steal.

This means you will heal yourself for ~47.5 every time you hit a minion.
This will easily help you heal to full with Bloodlust just by fighting minions.

Once you get your B.F. Sword, you'll be doing some real damage.
The extra damage will increase the amount of life you steal, and you'll be able to solo dragon at this point.

Once you build your Bloodthirster, you'll be hitting like a truck and soaking up hp from everything you smack.

At this point, go ahead and start working on your attack speed.
Get yourself Zeal and work your way towards Phantom dancers.

Once you have Bloodthirster + Phantom Dancers, you'll be beating the **** out of everything.

At this point, start working towards Infinity Edge and if the game isn't over by the time you get it, you will slaughter everything.

It's probably safe at this point to go ahead and get another Phantom Dancer just to squeeze out as many extra swings as you can.

If the game lasts long enough for you to get all of this, get another Bloodthirster and watch everyone around you die :)
