Introduction
Quints
I highly recommend 3x Attack Speed Quints, since they got buffed and some early ATK SPD is good on every AD Carry.
You could replace one of the ATK SPD Quints with a Life Steak or Attack Damage Quint.
LF Quints give you some more sustain in your laning Phase.
AD Quints allows you to easier last hit under your Tower and there is a bigger chance to win trades.
Marks
Taking 9x AD Marks allows her to last hit more easily and provides Vayne a stronger early game.
Seals
Armor Seals are very strong on every AD Carry and increases your survivability.
But since they got nerfed HP Runes provide you much more sustain in early game, doesn't matter which ones you take.
Glyphs
6 MR Glyphs provide you enough Magic Resist against AP Supports during the laning phase.
3 ATK SPD runes make Vayne's early game a bit stronger and allows you to trade more easily.

Must have on any AD Carry.

Since Heal got buffed it's better than the old standard spell Barrier. It provides you and your Support a Heal + Speed Buff, which can be used to Engage or Disengage. Heal also scales better into late game and is also better in Teamfights.

Still a good Option on any AD Carry. But Heal is just a lot stronger since the Buff.

I'd only use this if you know that the enemy may take Exhaust. But in the most cases Heal/Barrier is a better thing to take.

Tips: Staying behind minions reduces the damage of her Piltover Peacemaker.
You can interrupt her net by an instant stun, knock-up or a displacement ability.
Maxing your Q makes the most sense, since you can use it to dodge her Q or to gap close. Caitlyn has a lower DPS than Vayne so try to go all-in if possible.

Tips: Try to stay away from her when you're marked with Harrier, as she will do additional damage to you.
When Quinn is in Valor Form, try to constantly damage her, as she gains a big amount of movespeed when shes out of combat.
Avoid Duelling her, because her Blind will make your autoattacks useless.

Tips: Try to prevent Draven from catching his Axes to lower his damage output.
Get a Support with a Skillshot Harass and punish him as soon as he walks towards one of his Axes.
You need to play safe in the early game since he'll probably win all trades.
Vayne has got a weak early game but one of the strongest late games. So if you're able to play her well and get farm until the late game you're "easily" able to carry game. She has some great DPS and mobility compared to many other AD Carries.
All these factors make Vayne to one of the potentially strongest late game AD Carries.
