Infinitely scaling range and ad, tons of peel and heals, etc my favorite perma ban

Caitlyn has tons of range like senna so is about as obnoxious with the saving grace that you can bait her r then save yourself with e shield or use that to save her target by bodyblocking

Vayne

Max HP True Damage is agonizing to deal with another potential perma ban though fortunately she isnt all too common

Aphelios

Stomp or get stomped because aphelios is difficult but powerful in the right hands

Bard

Havent seen enough of him to jusge his threat level but i think it wouldnt be awful

Brand

Brand has some real obnoxious poke and armor shred mostly just a pain in the behind though

Blitzcrank

CC Chain may be annoying but try to bodyblock for the carry if there arent any minions nearby because you may survive his wombo combo but your carry certainly wont

Braum

Braum Cant do a whole lot to nullify your poke or hamper your engage so not too worrying

Draven

Can be very scary if he gets fed and he usually builds some lethality like dusk or eclipse which helps him put a dent in your hp

Ezreal

Pretty annoying champ can avoid your engage because he has a flash on a roughly 15 second cd but if he wastes it he is quite immobile

Heimerdinger

Heimer support is one that ive seen once but occasionally play and can say he could be pretty annoying to deal with especially since he will build zhonyas and make it hard to dive him under tower

Janna

Janna probably wouldnt be too bad but i havent dealt with her in ages

Jhin

Jhin can be scary but it can be similar to cait where you try to bodyblock for your carry and you can maybe use e and w to survive his r

Jinx

Jinx is jinx gonna be an annoyance because of her launchers range her e which is great for stopping your q rush and her r sniping your carry from two light years away

Kai'Sa

Kai is mixed damage which can be pretty obnoxious but if she rs onto your carry you can usually shut her down with your cc exhaust is a great idea.

If he is allowed to scale kog maw can even melt you of all people

Obnoxious cc chain like blitz but less counter play

Either eh or total hellion if paired with someone like a kog maw
