Runes

For lucian with Yoummu's i think armor pen marks are a good option. About glyphs - I dont have many rune pages so I like taking 3 scaling MR glyphs and 6 flat, but if you have the liberty you can make a flat page and a scaling page. If you take damage marks take damage quints, if you take armor pen marks take armor pen quints. Armor pen scales with itself so its better to have both armor pen if you go for that (imo).

Masteries

I think there aren't many options other than what i have, maybe take Perseverance if you have a non-sustain support and are against a pokey bot lane like ezreal sona. I have seen 21/0/9 for the buff duration on some ADs but i'm not a big fan. Last possibility i can think of is taking 4% CDR instead of attack speed but idk.

Disclaimer - I haven't played lucian yet but i wanted to get this build out there first so i have credit for it if it is good ^_-

Quick explanation and reasoning - i noticed that other than his ult, Lucian doesn't scale that well with attack speed. Then I read on the wiki that youmuus' active works with his ult, so its a perfect item for him. When he isn't ulting it gives him good stats, and when he is ulting he is really strong from the 3 second buff. The rest of the build is pretty standard - u start with yoummu's zeal and BT, build some armor or magic resist or health when u need to (don't know if gauntlet works but i know it was poppular in PBE), finish statikk shiv or PD (its really up to preference and your team comp), and then get last whisper. I have seen many times in lcs that players sell their boots for a zephyr when they finished their build, and I think this would be really good on lucian especially.

if I feel like it i might add gameplay tips after i start playing lucian, though they will probably ruin the appeal of the guide a bit.
