Good Luck ^^
There are some interesting points here. I will research points 1,2,3 and I will add content on 5,6. Point number 4 and 7 are irrelevant because riot's video already covered that. I mentioned that in the beginning of the guide.
What is C2V?
Thanks for the observations. I'll try to make it better.
Whether riot's video covers something or not, it should be in your guide. Besides that, the spotlight only covers very basic tactics and explanations, it is your job to elaborate as a guide writer.
@C2V;
1. Frozen mallet, black cleaver and only 1 real defensive item.
2. Alacrity
3. 23-4-3
4. No explanations for each individual ability
5. Only 1 rune explained
6. Only 5 items explained
7. No tactical section
8. No C2V

Thy blessing
1. Decent use of coding and structure
Result: Path of the Infidel
Information is too compact. Expand all the explanations and include everything. Do NOT forget the tactics section. Look here for useful information on guidemaking.
Good luck

* First it would be nice to see more content
* Go 21/9 masteries
* Always start with Q and I don't think 3 lifesteal quints are good. 1-2 are enough.
* I don't find black cleaver useful. Get just the last whisper for maximum use for less money
* Get AD item before trinity force, so you have easier laning phase and you get more out of Q
* Frozen mallet is rather bad item for it's cost. Just the slow costed 400 or 600.
Good luck with the guide ^^
Scaling magic resistance is not a bad rune choice, but it is less popular in season 4 due to the damage output of supports. Flat armor is a must, or else you will get destroyed in lane. If you switch to flat armor, you will probably feel that barrier or cleanse is also better than teleport because you will not be shoved out of lane as easily.
Thanks for the elaborate argumentation. This link between teleport, barrier and runes really makes sense. I will change them later today.
About
Last whisper will give you a 35% armor reduction, but black cleaver will give you 25% + 10 flat at max. This effect only lasts for 4 seconds and it will only give you 25% if you get 5 attacks off on a single character. Therefore, last whisper is a better late game choice for adcs.
Also, running teleport is not viable in my opinion because, it is mainly a spell for split pushers. If you teleport into a fight, they will just split focus and absolutely destroy you, so your only choice is to cancel it or die. It does sort of help you early game(Not really compared to barrier), but it is not viable in team fights.

Lastly, you should consider running 21/7/2 if you want bonus movement speed. Maybe even 21/6/3. But I do not feel that having extra offensive and lower defense is viable.
Many of the things you mentioned are statements without arguments. I would love to know more.
Go watch how pro players play Lucian and copy that. ADC builds are VERY straightforward and have little variety because they build to optimize damage and surviveability. Because of that, there is little variety for ADC builds.
