How do you do, is your choice.
You can take more the W first for being faster, but I think damage and shields are better, with the shield of your ADC your glitter is longer as normal.

General, Summoner Spells

It is important to slow your target and with the right masteries Exhaust (reduce Magic resist and armory), makes your ADC more damage for longer.

The other choice is to take Ignite. With Summoners Wrath (Masteries) you make between the Cooldown more AP-dmg.
