consider banning every game. her only consistently hard bot matchup since he can just skilllessly point and click R on you and you are doomed unless you have crown defensive build

Ludens is much better into squishy enemies that especially if they dont heal so you wont be buying morello. Ludens is better for early snowballing as you can easily one shot their adc & support. I personally dont think it is worth buying Ludens to try and break through tanks magic resist, its better to go Liandry's + Void staff for that. Liandrys can do good damage too especially later the game goes. It applies anti heal well and can give bigger first strike gold if you hit AOE E's.
Overall for the standard build you can interchange the item order based on your needs. 1: Liandrys 2: Void 3: Rabadons could end up being more useful than 1: Ludens
2: Shadowflame 3: Rabadons if they are tanky etc and the otherway around if they are squishy, etc.
Shadowflame or Horizon will almost always be your second item, you should choose Horizon focus if you have a very low ap team as squishy enemies wont be stacking MR and this will allow you to do more damage and continue to one shot them into the mid game.
Shadowflame gives maximum MPen into tanky and shielded targets, so pick this if they are buying HP & MR or have an enchanter that will be shielding a lot.
Standard build: the most common build that will work into a lot of matchups. great for stomping super squishy supports like nami, senna, sona etc.
Great into low range enemies and if they have multiple assassins. Crown & Banshees combo is super OP as getting hit with an ability will only remove banshees shield so the next attack or ability will also be reduced by crown. Its important to take the crown build specific runes (first strike) as this brings your item shield cooldowns super low. even with 2 defensive items first you do good damage as its easy to maintain mejais stacks and if you are struggling with that you can even go zhonyas last item instead of more damage options.
If you like to play lux more supportive you can follow the mandate build (still does a lot of damage) as this relies less on you carrying since it has cheap items and you can still one shot squishies mid game with mandate + staff if you have first strike. Aery and Comet are viable for this build too but i just prefer first strike.
Liandrys works great with the utility build as it easily applies grevious wounds on healing enemies all throughout a team fight. It gives extra cooldown to spam E and perma apply it. You can take any runes with this build as you can fall into any role being carry or just shieldbot for your team its up to you.
Dont be afraid to sell mejais when you have enough gold to replace it with something like ludens or maybe zhonyas for a defensive option if you lose all stacks in late game.

Supportive Playstyle
