This is probably gonna get archived due to a revelation I've had, I realised that in playing LoL and trying to keep updating my guide as well as trying to find new ideas for my guide is really putting me behind in my schoolwork. I have decided that instead of spending so much of my time on MobaFire and thinking about how to improve my guide I should be spending more time on schoolwork as I am at a national specialist school but my grades aren't reflecting it currently. I thank everyone that has given me tips on this and has helped me improve it from the starting product, I might rewrite the guide again in the holidays when I have free time but for now I can't keep up with it.

Thy sins
1. Might want to break up your "core" and "standard" sections in more smaller and direct sections. For example: Starting items #1 -> Starting items #2 -> First recall -> Core -> Alternatives -> Example build
2. Pickpocket >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Experience or wanderer masteries.
3. "Ok well I'm IShouldGetALife" This sounds really really stupid :P
3. MR glyphs are NOT selfexplanatory for an AP mid. There are plenty that take AP glyphs, explain when to take what.
4. Put the text down the picture please (Looking at the summoner spell and item sections). So no sentences next to the picture (or if you do, put everything next to the picture instead of underneath it aswell.)
5. "Clth Armor" and "I personally never use this start" Then why do you recommend it or call it optional?
6. You had an understandable item explanation for your first build, but then you decide to use for the second build a 1 paragraph explanation? Either do it big for both, or combine the chapters.
7. Ranked play should be changed to Gameplay. Also, the pictures of your games do not really prove anything, since anyone can have 3 good games out of many. Try to show a match history where multiple wins in a row are visible, or just don't put them in at all.
8. "???" Seriously? Either finish the matchups, or remove the things you didn't finish yet.

Thy blessing
1. C2V n stuff
2. Not a mejai's fan, but overal build seems fine.
3. All basics included

Result: Path of Redemption
I am afraid that what I saw, was not really good. The cheatsheet needs a lot of work, make sure everything you put in your guide should be in your cheatsheet and the other way around aswell. Work a bit on your explanations, make sure it is clear for the reader what they are supposed to do.

Erase EVERYTHING you did not test or did not explain, then your guide should look much better.

There is a lot of things for you to do, I'd suggest you start doing it.

Good luck :D

I have actually considered putting Liandry's into my main build but I haven't gotten far enough into a game as Lux for a while to try. Like I said in the guide about the Deathfire Grasp it puts you too close to the fight, the ap is good on Lux though I don't run Lux as an assassin, I personally find that with the build I use you do enough damage to secure teamfights if you can place your spells well.

With the masteries I go for utility because I can usually kill my enemies as soon as I hit 6 and hit a snare so I don't find the extra damage benefits me that much, also I have included offensive masteries in the second build, I personally in my matches don't find the utility a waste as I don't usually get blue buff until teamfights start as in bronze most junglers like to keep their buffs to themselves.

Thank you for your time and I will take into consideration what you said but I still have to test the deathfire thing and the liandry's as well but since I don't actually get mid that much anymore I am finding it difficult to actually test out new ideas for the guide. That being said I would have to make a completely new section for my guide as well since having deathfire in my build would change the mentality of play into more of an offensive role compared to how I play currently.

Hello. First thing, I congratulate you for the effort, there's some work put into this guide. However some of your choices are bad imo and I'd ask you to consider them.

The Utility tree is indeed an option for some poke champions like Lux. However I don't think it's that strong compared to the benefits and added scaling you get from Offense. You will have blue in most of your matches, so as soon you get either Athene's Unholy Grail or Morellonomicon, you will hit cap already and waste 10% CDR.

I wouldn't say either that Deathfire Grasp is a really bad item on Lux. Actually, with an Utility setup I would consider picking it in some games. It will help you against very tanky opponents or to assasinate in some matchups. Mind that running Utility means your lategame will be a bit worse than with Offense.

Against some opponents it's actually superior than Void Staff.

Liandry's Torment is also a good item choice if you want to run a poke setup (as Utility is meant for that). It wears down a lot. You'll lack som burst damage, but as you're playing like a poker, Liandry's Torment will maximize your poke power. Consider it.

ok thanks for the feedback, I will do some editing after school today.
EDIT: added more substance to the spells and also added a Q&A section to be expanded upon, currently contains the reasoning why Sirell and GMD have told me not to take both Athene's Unholy Grail and Morellonomicon backed up by my understanding of it.

starts fairly strong but fades out by the end. i would work on the skills/spells portion a bit more. will reserve my vote.

Thanks guys, I'm just trying to do the best I can with this, I know I'm not that great a player, I'm just trying to help the community a bit and most of all I'm trying to be positive about criticism I get as I think that if it is constructive it will help me in the long run.

I'm not giving a plus one because you filled in all of my personal criterias.

I'm giving a plus one because you're open to all suggestions and take your time to put them into the guide, wich in turn will make you a better player.

Lol ok like I said I was gonna fix it when I was more awake, cloth 5 would be a viable start as well, I just never use it because i prefer the mana regen, it will be added.

Perhaps you should be a bit more clear of what the builds are it sounds like Athene made the first one, and Morello did the other.

Cloth/5 start vs AD?
