Introduction
You are designed to shred champions that were too stupid to buy a Randuins Omen
FYI, if someone has a Randuins, run away. Unless your team is there. In which case, do stuff.
At level 1, you're gonna grab Glitterlance. You want to start blue, but if you're counter jungled, you can start red. It just means a harder early game for you. You want a decently hard leash for blue, and you definitely want to smite. After you get blue, you should be level two and have shield. When fighting mobs in jungle, never use your E for damage. It is way more valuable as a damage absorber, since you're pretty squishy. Use your shield whenever possible, and make sure to spam glitterlance. After you hit 4, you should either pull a quick gank or go back and buy items. After this, your jungling should be pretty simple and not require much effort. Just make sure not to blow too much mana in jungle later on
Your E, W, and Glitterlance need to be combo'd as much as possible when ganking. For starters, you want to W yourself for the speed boost to get closer to the person you're ganking. Then, you want to get your E off on them, and aim your glitterlance to slow them. If your teammate(s) are worth a damn, they'll be right there to help you pick up the kill. An early kill on Lulu Attack Speed is fantastic, because you get your necessary items much quicker. You probably shouldn't gank until level 4, unless an opportunity presents itself. After level 4, you want to still farm a ton, but you should gank whenever possible
In team fights, you are invaluable. Even though you're attack speed, you still have some AP from Nashors Tooth. Your ult is amazing in team fights (as you well know) even without the large amount of AP, because your Ult has a high base scaling anyways. Your E can essentially hit everyone if you aim it right, and it's an amazing slow (80% at max rank). Your shield can save a team mates life, and your W can shut down an AD carry from stomping on your squishes, and can boost your AP carries damage, despite your lack of AP
All the while, you're dishing out mad damage with your auto attacks
