The goal of this build is to take down as many towers as possible. You enter teamfights only when you have to. When not teamfighting, you're spreading anarchy one tower at a time. It's not about how many kills you get. It's not about how many times you die (please don't feed though). It's all about those sweet, sweet tower executes. I recommend this build to be used in top lane since most of the matchups you'll be fighting will be tanks/fighters that can't overcome your range advantage. I reccomend top lane also because then your team can have an actual AP Carry that way. This is just a fun, niche build that I would only use in normals (since you'll probably get stomped by a competent opponent and this is a pretty troll build). Hope you guys enjoy the build!
