Go to your jungle kill red buff got to enemy wolfs (if he starts at blue) if he shows up at wolf camp just kill him even if he flashes away flash after him if enemy jungler starts at red take his blue and gromp. Then full clear gank or recall. If u have enough gold buy some control wards and gank bot/top (Don't forget to tax as much as possible you cant carry your team without gold). Try to invade enemy jungle as much as possible, put some deep wards if possible.
