TakeRazor Shuriken first to poke at the enemy while killing minions. This can work wonders for wearing your opponent down while staying in lane till level 6 for that easy kill. Be aware of the map and where opponents are on the map to avoid ganks.

At level 2 you might want to pick upLiving Shadow so you may now reach out and really poke the opposing laner from a safer distance, as well as destroy minions even faster.
