so much cdr u dont need. like other people said, get different boots and glyphs. Also, I dont think you should say how to carry soraka because you dont really carry. Yes, you help out your team a lot but it isnt really fair to say you are a carry. Also, you say that you can single handedly win a lane. Not true because you dont do a LOT of damage and you arent ap soraka. You need another champion with you in order to be successful. good guide, though, you have a lot of nice info

+1. I like the item build. Soraka is a carry. She carries the AD, until the AD can carry her :)
