Hello everyone, I'm Saladmayo (My gamertag) I've Been thinking about making this Morgana AP support build and share with you all how I build, and play Morgana as a AP Support in Aram.
Hope you enjoy and find it as usefull as I do.

Further down I will make a more detailed explanation on every single spell, mastery, item etc.

Explanation:

Mark;

• Greater Mark of Magic Penetration Magic penetration are good, goes perfect with AP, and we would like Morgana to do some damage aswell so she can help poking them

Seal;

• Greater Seal of Armor Morgana will need some armor so she wont be squishy and die like a fly, she have to be able to take some damage without dying
• Greater Seal of Magic Resist same as with the Amor, just against AP and Magic

Glyph;

• Greater Glyph of Ability Power Morgana need as much AP as possible to make some damage
• Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana I have said it before and I will say it again, Mana is important for Morgana

Quintessence;

• Greater Quintessence of Ability Power no need to keep explaining the importance of AP
• Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration allready been there once

Explanation:

• catalyst the protector the best starter item, HP and MANA wich both are imortant fr Morgana
• Rod of Ages AP, Health and Mana
• Liandry's Anguish AP, Health, Magic penetration and does damage over time
• Zhonya's Hourglass AP and Armor and it's Active goes perfect with Morgana 's ulti "R" Soul Shackles
• Rabadon's Deathcap +120 AP you will need it
• Sorcerer's Shoes movement speed and magic penetration
• Rylai's Crystal Scepter AP and Health
• Abyssal Mask AP and magic ressist
• Athene's Unholy Grail AP, CD reduction, Magic resist and mana regen

I would say they are all Important for Morgana but you have to find whats best for your gameplay

Mostly I go with Rod of Ages, Liandry's Anguish, Zhonya's Hourglass, Rabadon's Deathcap and Athene's Unholy Grail and yes No shoes, I know I have said they are Important, and they are, but it also depends on your gameplay, and if you can play and escape without having shoes, I will recommend it, otherwise, buy the shoes.

Explanation:

OFFENSE;

• Sorcery Because of the CD Rduction, wich is always good and I would say nessecary for Morgana
• Expose Weakness It really explains it self, When Morgana hits a enemy with a spell she increases her allies damage by 1% for the next 3 seconds on that enemy
• Mental Force Again it Explains itself, Morgana need and love AP, the more the better
• Spell Weaving Damaging with just a spell will increase Morgana's spell damage with 1% (stacks up to 3 times)
• Arcane Mastery Yet again more AP, more love

UTILITY;

• Fleet of Foot Movement speed are important, and if Morgana have to catch a enemy or get to an allie to help, movement speed can make a diffrence
• Meditation Since Morgana uses a lot of mana, when she have to snare her Enemys with her "Q" Dark Binding and do damage with her "W" Tormented Shadow she will need a lot of mana
• Summoner's Insight again CD reduction are good even on Summoner spells
• Alchemist longer duration on Potions and biscuits that we like
• Greed well Morgana is a greedy one ;) extra gold income, are good as a support, faster way to afford the items needed
• Vampirism lifesteal and spellvamp are needed to stay alive, potions and biscuits are not gonna be enough
• Culinary Master makes healt potions to biscuits that also gives mana over time
• Scavenger again extra gold income can come in handy
• Wealth more gold in beginning
• Expanded Mind increases maximum mana
• Bandit Morgana loves that gold
