Thanks for checking out my first champion build guide.

Here I have created a 76% Spell Vamp Morgana. In every game I play with this build I always level ahead of the enemies and when I come to gank lanes they get scared when they see 2 levels and double buff coming for them.

Obviously with all builds you may customize things to your liking. If you wanted to you could put Movement Speed Quintessences or if your really crazy Spell Vamp Quints will take your finished build to 83% !!!
