If you're reading this, thank you. My name is Eyedeetentee, and I'm a lowly Bronze 5 summoner. This is my first guide, and I hope you'll find it useful. I'll add more as I learn more about the game, and any criticisms are helpful. Please understand I'm very new to the game and willing to learn from more experienced players. Thanks again for giving me a shot.

One of the key things to remember is the passive benefit of your support item, Frost Queen's Claim. Poke the enemy ADC or Support to constantly consume stacks, earn gold, and win the lane. Take care not to push the lane too far, however. Ideally you want to earn your ADC kills and CS while freezing the lane.

As mentioned in the skills section notes, starting E helps your ADC reach level 2 first for a small advantage. Once you hit level 2, take your E to try and stun the enemy(ies) for an early kill. Take care not to over-engage against high-damage supports, like Vel'koz....but we'll smoke the Vel'koz players later (thanks to Veigar's R).

The mobility of this build allows you to avoid skillshots from players like Caitlyn and Jinx with ease while pecking away at their health.

Lane efficiently without giving up easy kills, and you'll be there late game with Veigar's full power at your disposal.

It is important to remember, as Sun Tzu said in "The Art of War", that there is opportunity in the midst of chaos. There is always a way to improve, an opportunity to be a game-changer, and a way to make players around you better. That is the true nature of a carry.
