With this build you will have around 60-70% win ratio all across the Elos!

My Full Tenacity build is a combination of Sustain and item effects that will give your team everything they need to be victorious no matter the situation. With this build Leona become a really strong late game Tank/Support Champion. You will be able to tank an insanely big amount of damage against any Champion and help your team with what they need MOST, someone to do the engages, tank all the damage, CC all the enemies and win every single team fight.

For me Leona is by far the STRONGEST support champion, the reason is simple and most people can't understand that. Leona has everything you need, 3 type of stuns (and slow if you miss the center of your ultimate), damage and INSANELY BIG SUSTAIN from both AD and AP type damage cause of your Eclipse and Aftershock also her passive Sunlight allow your teammates to do an extra amount of damage FOR FREE!

But why to choose to play with the Full Tenacity build? Cause this build use everything Leona has and take it to the next level. Leona always is a champion that will do the "engage" that means you will go IN FIRST, this also means that you will probably die first if you got stunned while trying to secure your combos, so this build will give you up to 75% Tenacity, this means that anything that will hit you, stun or slow will be reduced by 75%, the 1 second stun will become 0.25 seconds, sounds good? Trust me its INSANE.
Leona CDRs are pretty low, you can use your Shield of Daybreak Eclipse and Zenith Blade tons of times in each team fights, what you need to secure that? NOT TO BE STOPPED by anything and to sustain an INSANELY big damage while doing that.
So in full build you will have the following stats:
3755 HP, 40% CDR, 65-75% Tenacity and a really big amount of Armor and Magic resist. But its not just that, cause of our runes choices you will have an even bigger sustain cause of Triumph this will give you 12% of your missing health back after each kill/assist you take, this means you will go in, fight as long as you want, kill 1 or 2 and get back again for the rest 3.

This build will make your favorite Leona to be STRONGER than EVER and will secure your wins even in the hardest games that the SUPPORT will make the difference.

Here is a taste of what you can do with our Leona

Lets start with the Items and our Items Strategy. I come up with this build after hundreds of different combinations, to create this final build that cant lose vs ANYTHING and ANYONE!

You will always start with Relic Shield and Health Pots its the strongest support item for our build. Cause it will give you HP and not just gold with the last hits but also some HP back for you and your ADC!

At your first back you will focus to have 800-1200 Gold, and you will upgrade your support item to Targon's Brace this will give you extra HP, HP Regain and stacks to do your last hits plus Boots of Speed or Cloth Armor (if they got full AD type champions, like AD Jungler and AD support) and Ruby Crystal this will give you movement speed bonus to reach your targets and a big amount of HP early that will give you the sustain you need to even TOWER DIVE from early early levels!

For our next item we will decide between 2 options Bramble Vest or Glacial Shroud and this decision will be made based of what you have against you. If you got 3 AD-Type champions that you will need to battle (ADC, Support and jungler) then go for Bramble Vest this item wont only give you enough sustain, but also damage and the ability to apply Grievous Woundss this will reduce the healing effects from the enemies that hitting you to 50% (works perfectly fine against soraka as well cause of her W-Ultimate)
Or you will go for Glacial Shroud to start building our first complete item that will be Righteous Glory this item together with Shurelya's Reverie are the most important items for our build. The reason is cause we are focusing on giving our team an INSANELY BIG amount of movement speed while we are doing the engage. This will make almost certain that the target we are going to focus with our E-Q-UTLIMATE to die.

Then you will go for Thornmail and then you will finish the support item Remnant of the Aspect
Thornmail will give you Armor, HP and extra damage return that will be combined with your bonus armor from your Eclipse and Aftershock and
Remnant of the Aspect will give you extra HP and CDR with low cost!

The next item we are going to finish is Shurelya's Reverie HP, CDR, Movement speed bonus and movement speed bonus while activating the item for you and your teammates, as we said above this is the biggest secret about our build, not only insanely big sustain but also utility for your team to reach any target you want (or escape, cause dont forget that Righteous Glory also doing AOE Slow)

Then you will go for our next item that will be Redemption this item not only will give you HP, CDR but also a healing effect that will help YOU and you teammates survive any kind of battle. Why is this item important? Cause you will start by activating Shurelya's Reverie and Righteous Glory then you will do your engage with E and after 2 seconds you will cast the Redemption this will do the following:
1. Heal you and Make sure you will survive from all the focus you will get
2. Heal your teammates that might took some damage from the enemy team
3. Damage your enemies

Another choice for last item can be Warmog's Armor it might not be helpful for your team cause you will lose the heal from the Redemption but it will give you an insanely big amount of HP, HP Regen and a passive effect that will make sure you will regain back to half HP no matter how low you will be after your ENGAGE!

And of course never forget to buy Elixir of Iron this item together with your Mercury's Treads Unflinching and Legend: Tenacity will give you all the TENACITY you need to never be stopped by any kind of ability!! Also don't forget that our build is also an utility build that helps your teammates reach insanely big movement speeds, and Elixir of Iron will also give an extra movement speed bonus to those who following you with your engage!

So your FULL BUILD will look like this:

We focusing on getting enough sustain, tenacity and other useful effects for being the STRONGEST full late game!

Lets talk about the combinations and why is worth:
We will be playing with Resolve + Precision (+15-135 Health (at levels 1-18) and +9% attack speed)
For Resolve
Aftershock One of the most powerful runes for tank type champions, this rune will give you a big amount of armor and magic resist after doing CC to your enemy, for Leona it means with 3/4 of her skills!

Bone Plating Extra sustain by dodging some of the damage from 3 skills/attacks. Good sustain option, but it can be also optimal, you can chose Font of Life this will give your teammates extra healing each time they focus the target you doing your CC on!

Conditioning Another useful and sustain pick, this is a MUST pick for our build, cause it will give a big amount of permanent armor/magic resist after 10mins of the game! (8 bonus armor and Magic resistance and increases your total armor and magic resistance by 5%.)

Unflinching Our Full Tenacity build needs this, not only you will get extra Tenacity each time your spells are on CD but you will also get extra Tenacity after using them while fighting!!

For Precision

Triumph This will give you back 12% missing health and bonus gold of each Assist/kill you will be doing in the game. Super useful cause you will need it after engaging 1v5 all the time!

Legend: Tenacity The MUCH PICK rune for our build, this will give you total 30% Tenacity at full stacks! Together with Unflinching Mercury's Treads and Elixir of Iron you will have the MAX TENACITY and the ability to go all in and take zero CC from any champion!

So what these runes will give you? Insanely big sustain with combination of Armor/Magic resist bonuses, Tenacity that will make you walk your way to the team fights and useful runes effects that will make you unkillable!
