Introduction

The classic guide for anyone that's about to first time trynd and is in champ select rushing to moba fire to see what runes to take (we have all been there don't lie). I've been playing trynd since I started playing this game, which was about mid October last year. Now don't get scared like "oh this guy is new the game he is probably god awful". You may be right, but I played a lot more league then I should have in the past few months and I think that I'm pretty qualified to make a guide on someone that I've almost exclusively played in ranked.

Runes

Your runes are all dependent on your matchup, for me, since I only play top tryndamere, I normally take conq. into almost every tank. and grasp into bruisers/ lanes I want to win (like illaoi/ darius). conq. is great and all, but you don't want to take it against an illaoi that doesn't build any armor and is just stacking hp. Instead if you have grasp. you have a lot more lane pressure and can easily beat her early if she takes something like klepto.

Skill Sequence

For your skill sequence you don't want to max your R, that's the biggest mistake people make on trynd. although its a small thing it does help the tiniest bit. Although I say its the biggest mistake its also very small and won't effect anything. that's because there isn't a lot of mistakes you can make.

Spells

You can take TP or ignite, which ever you prefer. just know that if you take ignite you can easily beat someone with tp level 1 or 2. just farm up to make fury and spin on them. auto as much as you can and ignite to kill them. If they try to fight you and they have ignite, careful of fiora because shes the only one that can possibly beat you level 1.

Pros / Cons

Pros : Best split pusher, scales hard into late game, takes towers almost instantly with guinsoos, can 1v2, 1v3, 1v4, and even 1v5.
Cons : can be kited if he has nothing to aa, bad in team fights, can fall behind.
