Since Darius wants to get Close to you he wants you to hook him to engage, try to harras him in early game to let him have a hard time in late game.

This synergy is just 1 of the greatest in the game. The combined CC of these 2 monsters are just immense. The dmg from Naut and Thresh can be cooked up into a CC dmg storm with next to no escape. Thresh Tank mid would be best with this, it's rare to be seen, but it works!
