Prologue
So, you want to play Nautilus in the jungle, do you? This is what has helped me while playing him. His W is a shield as well as able to deal AOE damage around your target. The bonus shield amount is based off 15% bonus health, so the more you get there, the better your shield will be. That is why you would start off with hunter's machete and build into quill coat into the Ancient Golem.
Most likely, the enemy will try to invade against you if they know about Nautilus and his ability to clear camps. Be careful and always have your team ward your other brush if they are kind enough to do that. You can start blue if you want, but with only one ability, I'd wait until after getting red, that way you have the regen and CD for ganking early.

Depending on when you back, get quill coat, a couple more pots and some boots to help out your mobility.
Second back, you should be looking to either finish up the Ancient Golem and your mobi boots, or your mobi boots and start on your tank items. It all depends on what is going on in the Rift. I suggest completing the Golem so you can start getting bonus gold while clearing camps. Also, you can feel comfortable around lvl 9 or so to counter jungle with your shield being leveled well.

The order in which you build these, as I've said before depend solely on what is going on in the Rift and what your team/opponent builds are like.
Sunfire is good to buff up your W as well as a faster camp and wave clear.
Abyssal will help in team fights since you'll want to try to be in the middle of the enemy team during it soaking up damage and dealing all AOE damage.
Warmog is for health regen and buffing your W.
As you have seen with the item sets, I have 3 situational items, and it depends on whether your opponents are more AP/AD based and how much MR they have.
I don't normally build a Deathfire, unless they have either serious MR, or you just wanna burst down the carries even faster with it's active.

Once you have all items built, if you get to this point, you'll want to move from jungle to strictly either pushing or defending. You can most likely 1v1 carries and other tanks at this point with your massive health and armor/MR.
During team fights, get in the middle, don't be afraid to die if it means your team can get an ace and close out games.
And last thing, remember to have fun in the Rift. GL HF!
