Run 9/0/21 taking sorcery and weapon expertise in offense, all mana masteries, greed + starting gold, intelligence, pick pocket (mystic shot procs it), nimble. You'll have leftover points so take whatever you want. Sometimes I take the free ward and ward their blue at like 6:30-6:40 to ult steal.

Flash + anything works, ignite isn't as good on this play styles as most because you're typically way too far away to get it off. I personally like cleanse/barrier the best.

Your first goal is to have at least 1050g by lvl 6 (should be really easy). Go back and buy a tear and boots. Buying tear first is so important, always always get it. Use your ult to lane push if necessary. Build order is: flask + pots, tear, boots1, sheen, manamura, Iceborn Gauntlet, Black Cleaver, Boots 2, BotRK, furor, your last item will be either GA/LW. Get LW after BC if they stack armor.

Basically you are nearly ungankable with a low cd flash and arcane shift, allowing you to be really really aggressive. You should be spamming Q nearly all game. Going back isn't a huge deal cause you can wave clear with your ult from the nexus. If you ever get behind (or are vs an assassin) just farm at max rang with Q - not much anyone can do about that. Your main goal is to charge tear to full by 20 minutes or so. Once you get iceborn and muramana your q's will be on a 1.6s cd and hit for over 600. Your ult should ALWAYS be on CD until you start grouping up for team fights. It has about a 30-35 cd with this build, so either use your ult to push the enemy mid out of lane or to help out other lanes, bot pretty much always wins if you are throwing trueshot every 30 seconds.
