Masteries

I go with 3-0-21 because i take the cooldown in offence . Mainly for the most part the utility tree is just mainly support's masteries but I added the pick pocket because when you poke , your gonna be taking some money. Who Dont like some free cash. The masteries in the morgana cookie and explore are for more free stuff. :D

- great poke and peel for adc
- he is a demacian ,what else do you need.:D
Cons

- Them haters gonna hate
- no heal.

Skill Sequence

For the skill order i chose to max j4's first ability whenever i can for maximum poke dmg. I take 1 point in his flag ability so that i can knock up. Then the question might be why i choose to max out j4's second ability. Well it gives j4 a good solid shield early game. It also slows the enemies. Thats two for price of one. :D

Unique Skills

J4 is UNIQUE for Support in Many ways. IF your in champion select people might think your either going jungle or top so that means they will try to counter the wrong person. J4's passive is insane for poking. It let j4 do a 6% hp bonus on enemy on the first strike. He also has a buff from the flag and also a knock up. Last but not least if you use his ultimate correctly in a duo fight you might give your adc a very good position. DEMACIA!
