First off i do agree with Infectious Lepar, grammar and spelling are one of the key things to a guide. If you don't have this, people will be like, pshh this noob doesn't know wtf he is talking about. So if English isn't your first language, or your just to lazy to type out stuff, you need to either say that english isnt your native language and/or use full words.
Your build, masteries, and runes are intresting at best. I'll comment on those some other time. Your build is ok, not the best, but i will also comment on that later
Your Coding is ok for a first time guide! And coding is rare in a first time guide. Most don't like coding or dont know how to do it. So props to you for knowing how to do coding
If your gonna make a chapter, like Gameplay or Farming, make sure its under a general chapter name, and put all those things under it. For example "How to use nidalee spears". This would be a chapter all in itself, but you should put it under Skills. Since its related to skills. I bring this up because of your last few chapters. You should really put that in a general chapter. Remember even if its long, doesn't mean it can be a chapter on its own.
Overall your guide was nice for a first timer! I would heck out Jhoijhoi's how to make a guide, guide! Silly right? A guide on how to make a guide? Well its has a lot of info on how to make a guide, and is the best mobafire has to offer :). I hope i wasn't as harsh as the other guys where, and i hope you improve your guide :). You got a lot of flack from those other commenter, but keep in mind that this is just your first draft and when it comes down to it... THEY DON'T HAVE TO USE YOUR BUILD. If you can make it work, good for you.

Another big thing to look into is JhoiJhoi's guide called Making a Guide. You can learn a ton about coding, formatting, and general lay-out of your guide. Just be sure to throw her some props.

Lastly, Take a look at your skills and masteries. I have a feeling you will change your mind on the order of your skills and the selection of your mysteries. For skills you will definitely want to consider getting 3 points in your spear before level 6; and probably max out as soon as possible. As for your masteries, look at using the points you have in utility on mana, not re-spawn time or teleport time reduction.

Well... I have a lot to mention so I might use a few different comments to make it easier to understand. First off...

Grammar and spelling:

Grammar is something that you are going to have to go through for yourself or maybe get another person to read over for you. Chances are that if you made this guide as fast as possible, you probably are going to have a bunch of grammar issues.

Spelling is somthing that can easily be fixed by downloading Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome since they both have built in Spell checkers. Don't be afraid to download them, they are basically better versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Grammar and spelling can usually be done if you just take the time to re-read your guide a few times. Make sure you are phrasing sentences right so that anyone can understand them.

This guide is so wrong, the item selection is terrible, the masteries are nearly right except i don't know why you wouldn't take increased buff duration. Clarity is NOT A MUST, learn some damn mana management so you can actually be decent at this game, it is a total waste.

The following items are not ideal on AP Nidalee: Deathfire Grasp - won't be in range to use it, it you are you're doing it wrong, Abyssal Mask - won't be in range to give enemies the aura debuff, if you are you're doing it wrong. Rylai's Crystal Scepter is decent but there are better itemization choices, I would skip this because you will hardly even get the item's effect

Aside from that it's fine to rush a sheen, but never rush it into a Lich Bane because you'll already lack the AP needed for it to be cost effective.

you have 3 different ways of getting mana before the game even starts, do you really need to have seals, clarity AND a dorans? you're probably wasting a lot of mana spamming your spears early game, when you need to be far away and the damage at level 1 isn't worth the mana cost. her heal is the most important, as it gives you the most sustain, levels your highest damage (since you're going AP) ability first before you have lichbane, and you aren't wasting mana doing little damage.

try going with armor seals, magic resist glyphs and getting spear at level 4 and maxing it 2nd, it eliminates your mana problems, gives you a new summoner spell to use with flash (ignite or ghost) and it gives you defense against other harassers. you don't have a lot of ganking ability until you hit level 6, and if you waste all your mana on spears before then, you won't be able to heal, and your enemy will constantly be anticipating the spears. you only want to throw the spears when you know it will guarantee a kill or when you have blue buff and it's late game and you want to poke.

personally, i get merc treads first, then needlessly large rod -> rabadons then lichbane, giving me more AP for all other spells and giving my lichbane more bang for my buck as i have more AP when i get it, and by the time i get it i'll have rank 5 javelins.

other than that, looks pretty solid.
